Our Services

We pride ourselves in effectively meeting a broad range of care needs. We understand the importance of appropriate placement. Each of our homes implement care plans to cater to the needs of residents with specific levels of physical or cognitive needs. Although each individual has a unique set of needs, personality, and effective means for approaching care, there are immense benefits to being among peers and others with similar needs. Having a group with similar needs helps us focus our staff training for a particular home to best meet the needs of that group. The correct environment and approach is the first step in ensuring the well-being and enrichment of the lives of our residents.

Activities of Daily Living
Providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is one of the core services that we offer. We take a supportive approach to providing assistance. This helps promote independence by allowing our residents to remain as independent as possible. As a small environment, we have an ideal staff to resident ratio of 1:3 or better. We can afford to be patient and have all the time that a resident needs to meet their needs independently or with assistance. We develop individual care plans for each of our residents detailing their assistance needs which allows us to effectively meet those needs.

The following are ADLs which are available as part of our general service and are provided as needed:
